Registration on ixHello
The primary prerequisite for using the ixHello app in your Zoom account is that you need to have a registration on the ixHello portal with the same email as your Zoom ID.
If you already do not have an account, navigate to the ixHello portal and click on Register as a new user.
Create Data Samples in ixHello
ixHello app is a simple Q&A chatbot that responds to user's queries on the basis of a knowledge base maintained at ixHello. You can create and maintain queries at the ixHello portal. These queries will serve as a data source for the Zoom ixHello app.
You can follow these steps below to add supported queries:
Login to ixHello. At this point, it is assumed that you already have an account on ixHello with the email same as your Zoom login email.
On the left navigation, got to Content > Q&A.
Click on the Q&A button on the top left corner to add a new query and its correct response. Here are a few sample queries for you to add. On the Q&A response, you can add plain text, HTML, SSML along multimedia like images and videos.

You can update the Q&A content with other queries/ responses that you want the Zoom app to respond to.
Please follow the following steps to install the ixHello chatbot for Zoom.
Login to your Zoom Account
Navigate to Zoom Marketplace.
Search for ixHello in the search bar.
Click on the app, it directs you to the overview of the App. Click on ‘Add’ button on the top right corner to add the ixHello app to your Zoom account.
On successful addition of the bot to your Zoom account, an integration is automatically created between ixHello portal and your Zoom account. Note: Make sure that your zoom account email is same email you registered with on ixHello portal.
If you are a test user for the Zoom chatbot, i.e., when the app is not already available on the Zoom Marketplace, then the step to add ixHello Zoom app to your Zoom account is slightly different.
The creator of the app has to provide you a testable URL which you can copy and paste in your browser to add the app to your Zoom account. Also, the creator must include your email in list of allowed users in their Zoom profile.
In case, you do not have a ixHello registration yet, you will receive a message reminding you to register on ixHello.
Once you register with ixHello, you must remove the ixHello app from your Zoom account and add it again. It is because, when you are adding the ixHello app to your Zoom account, an integration is formed between your Zoom account and your account on ixHello portal. To make sure that the integration is successful, it is recommended that you add the app to Zoom account after your ixHello registration is already completed.
If you received the welcome message titled ‘Welcome to ixHello’ as shown above, it means that the ixHello and Zoom account integration is already in place. Now on the bot, you can ask the queries that you prepared at ixHello portal in the beginning on the ‘Message ixHello’ section.
The bot shall provide answer that you had set in the ixHello portal.
To uninstall the ixHello app from your Zoom account.
Login to your Zoom account.
Navigate to Zoom Marketplace.
You have successfully removed the app from your account.
Once the ixHello app is successfully installed on your Zoom, you should be able to locate the bot on the ‘BOTS’ section of your zoom app and you shall receive a welcome message as well.
Click on Manage.
Click on Added Apps and look for the ixHello app and click Remove.
Choose a reason for removing the app and finally click Remove.
