Internal Content

ixHello allows you to save your contents like text, image, audio/ video, HTML, SSML, JSON files etc. within the platform as well. They are referred to as Internal Contents.

To access these contents from your app/ bot, you need to create an instance of connection to 'Internal Content'.

From the left navigation, go to Integrations -> Connect System and then Add New Connection.

On the Connect External System pop up, select

a. Integration Category : Custom

b. System Type : Internal Content

c. System Instance Name : any suitable name that represents your purpose

Upon successful connection, you can find your integration instance to Internal Content and this now can be used as a data source for your app/ bot.
